In this secondary menu you can do different actions.
In the "About" section you can know the version of the App you have installed.
In the "Download manager" you can also see the sessions that are being downloaded.
Once the download has finished, you will be able to open the session to start your training in "My training" and "My downloads" tabs.
The options of the download manager are the following.
If you want to log out click on "Logout" or log in again. You can communicate any application error or problem from the "Report error" button.
Training 
The training content that you have on your device will be kept downloaded even if you logout.
