The synchronisation of the tracking user data in courses and sessions is performed automatically. When opening the course from the list of courses or from its details screena session from "My training" or "My downloads", the tracking will be is retrieved and it will be sent when closing it.
You also have the option to do it manually by clicking on "Synchronise" on the main screen of each session.
