The synchronisation of the user data of users in courses and session sessions is performed automatically. When opening the a session or the course from "My training" or "My downloads", the tracking will be is retrieved and it will be sent by when closing it.
You also have the option to do it manually by clicking on "Synchronise" on the main screen of each session.
