Collection View in the Catalogue

When accessing the Catalogue, you can display the existing collections by clicking on the Collections filter option. Those collections that require the acceptance of a request are displayed with a lock icon.

To request access to the locked collections, click on the lock icon on the collection. An assistant will help you to perform the steps for making the request. Additionally, you can request enrolment in those courses of your interest.

Then, the icon on the collection will be displayed blurred until the training administrator accepts your request. When it happens, you can access the courses included in the Catalogue.

Quick access to the courses that you want, by applying filters by categories and enrolment policies

The Catalogue filters allows setting a filter in the Catalogue titles list. 


Now, you can filter by collections, categories or by the courses in which you are not enrolled. Also, you can filter according with the course enrolment policy (free access or enrolment request).

New section in Settings: setup the type of connection to use (Wifi/3G)

In "Settings", you can set the configuration for downloading only via Wi-FI or for viewing online only via Wi-Fi.

New Notifications section: check the events that have recently ocurred in your training as course enrolments, a scheduling start...

Now, you can check the Notifications that the training platform administrator wants you to get: enrolments, exclusions, completions, etc.


Easy identification of the sessions you can do from mobile app or from web 

An informative label can be found on some sessions in order to inform on their restrictions.

  • Desktop only. It indicates that it is only possible to access the session from a desktop computer.
  • App only. It indicates that it is only possible to access the session from the app.
  • Without label. It indicates that it is possible to access the session from both a desktop computer and the app.

SSO system for SCORM / AICC type activities

 

SCORM / AICC type activities are opened with the browser in the device. Now you will not need to re-enter the username and password when accessing to an activity of this type.
