Complete your profile in Your Community (learningCloud)
Why is it important to complete your profile?
Your Community is a social learning environment based on users' interests and abilities. The more information users provide about themselves, the more accurate the recommendations for users and groups will be.
How to edit your profile
This requires accessing Your social profile in the user's context menu.
Then we will click on Edit Social profile.
We recommend you complete all the fields on this screen, paying particular attention to the Skills field.
Your Community applies recommendation algorithms based on these two fields. If you complete this field with useful information, Your Community will recommend groups and users with common interests and your experience will be much more complete.
Some information is inherited from the user information for all learningCloud, for example, the profile picture. We may modify this information common to all applications by clicking Access learningCloud account and clicking Edit account.
Configure Notifications
You can edit the notification settings by clicking on Notifications and Community notifications.
By clicking on Notifications you can choose how you want to receive personal and friends' notifications (by email, on-site or, if you prefer not to receive notifications).
By clicking on Groups notifications you can choose how you want to receive your group notifications, for example to receive new content (by email, on-site or, if you prefer not to receive notifications).
