Managing groups in Multiorganization mode

Pack LMS allows managing multiple organisations or departments in a compartmentalised way through multi-organisation mode (installable on demand). We can make several specific settings for multi-organisation mode by selecting "Edit details" in "Groups" section.

Look&feel and frontpage

By selecting a specified /wiki/spaces/ML/pages/4489806 and Certificate for each group, we can personalise the image of each organisation.

To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to "Groups".
  2. Click on the group assigned to the organisation.
  3. Click on "Edit details".
  4. Select a look&feel and frontpage previously created in /wiki/spaces/ML/pages/4489806
  5. Click on "Save".

Add a training manager

To add an administrator to a group, the user must have a /wiki/spaces/ML/pages/4489818 role. This user can generate reports and configure the training of students assigned to a group.

To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to "Groups".
  2. After selecting a group, go to "Administrators".
  3. Click on "Add administrators".
  4. Select the user who will manage the group.
  5. Click on "Add administrators" at the bottom right corner of the page.
