FAQ: Performance review

Performance review activity is a SCORM activity type only available for users with the role of team manager. This activity allows assessing the performance of students in a training.

To use this activity, follow these steps:

1. By activating the team manager role for a user, it enables a new tab called "Team" in user details in the administrator platform.
   
2. From "Team" tab, click on "Add team user" to add students to be assessed. 
3. Go to "Activities" section and create a "Performance review" activity by importing a SCORM package that includes and activity or a quiz.

4. Go to "Course" section and select the course to which you want to add the "Performance review" activity.

5. When a student has a team manager assigned, they can access the course by clicking the "Request" button.

6. At that moment, a team manager receives a notification to perform the assessment of their student. The training manager can assess their students at any time, even when a student has not requested it yet.

7. The team manager can display pending "Performance reviews" from "Team" tab in Trainer. Also "Total Reviews" can be displayed on this tab. Assessments can be launched from this tab, even before a student finishes an activity.
