9. Resources removal (learningMaker Admin)

This feature allows deleting all unused resources included in projects/units created in learningMaker, that is, resources that are not linked with any unit component.

1. Go to "Administration >> Resources removal".
2. Click on "Create task".

 
3. Indicate the date in "Age of projects to review (in days)". For example, resources created more than 30 days ago.
4. Optionally, you can "Simulate" this removal action, which means removal will not be done immediately. You will get a report containing the files that could be deleted.
5. Click on "Save".
 
6. When executing a removal action, we can:

• "Cancel" the task before executing.
• "Download" the report obtained, if simulation option was marked.
