Report redesign
The design of reports has been improved and now, reports include the colours set in the learningCentral appareance and in the corporate logotype
Now, the format Excel reports are more usefriendly, since these reports are composed of tables that allow adding filters and managing data easily.
Also, thanks to the new option View online, it is possible to consult records directly from the platform wthout downloading them in Excel or PDF format.
Record redesign
The student record has a new design which incorporates the colors, the logotype and even the student photo. The information is detailed by both independet courses and training plans.
By clicking on Download record, the student can download their record in PDF format.
Also, the student record can be downloaded in Excel format with headers in the corporative colors. The record in Excel format is more complete than the record in PDF format, since it includes more fields and the data can be managed by adding filters, formulas, etc.
New group summary report
The new group summary report replaces the record group report, which become unavailable from the 7.3 learningCentral version.
This report can be generated for plans, independent courses, plan courses and sessions. Also, subgorups information can be included
The Group Summary report is adapted so that training managers can only obtain information from the groups that they manage.
Improvements in session score display
When a course has the 'passed compulsory activities' option as the requirement to pass, the student can display the score obtained in an assessable activity, although the score is not taken into account to pass the course.
When a course has the 'Minimum score' option as the requirement to pass, the student can display the activity score on a bar progress from the course detail.
Also, the student can display from the activity detail the weighted activity score in the course. In addition, they can view the real score obtained in the activity.
Improvements in security
In this learningCentral versions are included the dollowing En esta versión, learningCentral incorpora las siguientes mejoras en su seguridad:
- Mayor protección de páginas y recursos a los que no puede acceder un usuario en función del rol que tiene, o del grupo en el que se encuentra.
- Mejoras en los mensajes de error para no dar información de la aplicación ni de la traza de error.
- Los usuarios no pueden acceder a un listado del contenido de una carpeta del servidor a través de la URL.
- Los usuarios no pueden lanzar contenidos simplemente con la URL, deben de estar inscritos en la acción formativa y ésta debe estar publicada.
- Protección de páginas que están configuradas como ocultas.
