You need credentials (URL of the server, user and password) to access the application. You will receive an e-mail with these credentials when you are registered in the system.
If you do not remember your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Forgot your password?". In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with instructions to configure a new password.
