3.1 Accessing the App (app)

You need access credentials (server URL, user and password) to access the application. You will receive an e-mail with these credentials when you are registered in the system.

If you do not remember your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on "Have you forgotten your password?". In this case, you have to enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with the instructions to configure a new password.
