Manage users (learningCloud)

The administrator can edit any user's aspect (data, visibility) and check user's activity logs, access with an user's profile (to verify that the community is correctly viewed) and reset user points.


We can also access to the notifications area (actions taken in the user content or notifications everytime the user is mentioned). We can access this feature by clicking on "Edit social profile" and then clicking on the "Options" menu:


"Notifications": Here we can configure if we want to receive an email or a Your Community notification when actions are taken in the contents of the user or when the user is mentioned.

"Community notifications": Here we can configure if we want to receive new content notifications from communities where an user is a member:
