Sittings of courses

It is not necessary to clone a course in order to reuse it. It is now possible to activate sittings for courses. In this way, the same configuration of activities, credits and certificates granted, etc., can be maintained, and can be reused on different dates (“Sitting 2018” / “Sitting 2019”), or so that different training administrators can manage them (“Sitting north area” / “Sitting south area”), so that one can be finished, while the others are still ongoing.

Students who pass a sitting of a course are passed if they are registered in another sitting for the same course. In this way, a student who has passed the “MS Excel” course will have it validated if they register for the “MS Office” training plan.
