More versatile reports

Reports now allow a more flexible configuration, allowing a choice of columns on demand. This improvement applies to both online reports and MS Excel reports, and new fields are available. Now you will be able to incorporate the columns you need.

Also, a “passed date” field can now be added to plan and course gradebook reports.

Refreshed report design

The new, intuitive design includes the custom corporate colours of your platform. You can enjoy this customization for training, registration and App reports, as well as for custom reports.

Improved student record

The record report now includes all active, future and completed student training, rather than just active training information.

In addition, it’s now possible to extract a PDF report from the student record for each course and plan. These reports provide the administrator with a way of knowing the status and progress of a student in a plan or a course in detail and at a glance. 

Advanced filters in the Group Summary

The new advanced filters allow you to query information in the summary reports group more specifically. When you export the data to Excel, the same filters will be applied. The data does not change, but the displayed filter on the rows will help you to find the data you need

Improvements in format and content of notifications to prevent them being classed as SPAM

We’ve made improvements in the format and content of emails to prevent major email providers classifying our email notifications as SPAM.

Other improvements

  • A collection filter in advanced searches for course plans, sessions and online reports with advanced search.
  • When a course or plan with a manual end date finishes, you will be prompted for confirmation to either change the end date to the current date or leave the current end date.
  • More reminder and notification options have been added to keep students better informed.
  • New events can be heard by third party applications, to allow certain integrations, such as overcoming current events, change course dates, reminders of lack of access to the course.
  • The list of users affected in course registration event is added to the event to facilitate processing of these systems integrations.
