New Certificate Design

We have improved the default design for course completion certificates to make it more modern and attractive. 

New Template Editor

It is also now possible to create new, personalized templates that include your own designs and text, and you can configure versions in multiple languages for each template.

Appearance settings for certificates are now managed under the Templates menu instead of under the Appearance menu. With the new editor, you can fully customize the text including variables and you can add a background image. You can also decide if you would like to include a business logo. 

Customizable Certificate Back Page for Each Course

Add text specific to each course with supplemental information (content, schedule, etc.) and it will be included on an additional page of the certificate so it can be printed on the back. 

Assign Certificate Templates for Specific Courses, Programs, and Student Groups

You can assign a certificate template to be used for a series of courses or for a program. Choose the design that best suits the certificates for your courses or programs. 

You can also select a default certificate template for a group of students. 

Download Multiple Certificates at Once

It is now possible to download all certificates for a group of students by simply selecting the students and clicking the Download Certificates button. 

New Filters to Search for Message Recipients in Course Messaging

Now administrators can use filters for recipients according to different data:  number of times the course was accessed, the grade given, group membership, and date of last access. 


This way you can improve message efficiency to streamline education by directing messages to the most appropriate student group.

Other Improvements

  • The 2016 version of the Tripartite Foundation reports have been added, replacing the 2014 reports. 
  • Collection management when using Pack LMS in Mobile mode only.
  • Notifications with iCal are added to an existing Outlook calendar. 
  • Record of the date for the first certificate downloaded by the student.
