Finishing a plan

A finished plan indicates that the end date has arrived and that its sessions are already completed. Therefore, it will not be possible to create new sessions in the courses of the plan nor add new courses.

You have to finish the plan because this action is not automatic. Plans can only be finished when they are in "Published" status. You have to finish all the courses of that plan which are in process to be able to finish the plan.

  1. Go to "Plans" and display the "Select Actions" menu on the line of the plan which you want to finish.
  2. Click on "Finish".

Or,

  1. Go to "Plans" and click on one of them.
  2. Click on "Finish".

You will see the list of courses and plans which are about to finish in the Administration dashboard page.
