Managing courses and plans from a collection

Courses and plans can be included in a collection. Each course or plan can be only added to a collection. 

To add a course or a plan to a collection follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Collections" and select the collection you want to manage.
  2. Click on "Training".
  3. Clack on "Add modules" or "Add plans".
  4. Select a course or a plan.
  5. Click on "Add selected".


Remember

If a course or a plan is included in a collection with enrolment access policy, this course or plan will be displayed on students' catalogue with a "Request" button during a defined period. If a student has access to a collection, then, the course or plan included in it is shown according to the collection enrolment policy.
