Managing courses and plans from a collection
Courses and plans can be included in a collection. Each course or plan can be only added to a collection.
To add a course or a plan to a collection follow these steps:
- Go to "Collections" and select the collection you want to manage.
- Click on "Training".
- Clack on "Add modules" or "Add plans".
- Select a course or a plan.
- Click on "Add selected".
Remember If a course or a plan is included in a collection with enrolment access policy, this course or plan will be displayed on students' catalogue with a "Request" button during a defined period. If a student has access to a collection, then, the course or plan included in it is shown according to the collection enrolment policy. |
