Reserving a virtual classroom for a web conference

To perform a Webconference session you need to assign it a virtual room.

1. Go to "Sessions" and click on the name of a Web conference session.
2. Select the "Virtual Classroom" tab.
3. Click on "Select room".
4. Choose a room from the list by checking it and click on "Select room".

You can modify a room already assigned if the session is in Draft or in Scheduled status. You just have to repeat the steps and select a different room.
